Any of yall hog hunting? If so, mind sharing tips or techniques? Baiting, trapping, dogs?
Or locations? I spent a week at coosa WMA a few years ago during a monsoon in the spring. Literally stayed wet for 7 days. The only thing we saw was Noah pointing and laughing at us as he floated by. That was the last time I attempted to hunt hogs.Any of yall hog hunting? If so, mind sharing tips or techniques? Baiting, trapping, dogs?

Don't guess you guys need an extra stander? We have hogs on the properties I hunt, as well as, surrounding properties. We bait at stand locations, and run dogs to stick’em. I’m gonna bait with sweet corn mash now that deer season is over. We’ll see how that goes.

I've seen several hogs on Lauderdale management area. Ran up on 3 big hogs with 12 to 15 little ones while riding the motor bike on Panther creek road. Out on the main road there was a big hog somebody hit with a gold hynda (sp?). I know that because the whole front cap was next to the kill. Your bio says huntsville. Not that far for you.I haven’t but looking for some good public land with hogs to bow hunt.
