I usually shoot out at my house unless I am unable to due to cold or rain. I have gone to hoover tac. but prefer to shoot out back.
Where else are some ranges?

I've heard a lot of good reports on the new one in Talladega. I haven't been there yet. Supposed to be state of art.

Green ridge starts at $15 just to shoot including 1 paper target and he never really puts a time limit unless he has people waiting he also has membership starting around $250 if I'm not mistaken but all prices are on the site

South Sandy or the FOP range in Pleasant Grove. Warrior Ranch in Brookwood is a nice range with good people but 10/hr for an outdoor range is just insane in my opinion

Usually at Hoover Tactical Firearms' indoor range. I like the FOP Range and Brock's Gap, also. I'm not a member at either; I shoot at the public range at the former and the occasional match or class at the latter.

Went and shot at Maple Ridge gun club here in Cullman a few days ago and had a good time. It is an outdoor range with several different shooting stations. For the rifle range, it is a 100, 250 an 500 yard range. They provide all the targets, blocks and sandbags too. They also provide you a golf cart for use on the range setting up an checking your targets. Price is 20 per person, and it's for all day.
