As the headline states, I for one am a proud American, though our country is not perfect and has had times of trouble and oppression. I reflect on who were the oppressors and what their affiliation was. As an American of many blood lines being Spaniard, Eastern European and Native Indian. I am first and foremost an American and grateful for what my country has afforded me.
We are still the greatest country on the planet and I respect those who have served, fought and died for our freedoms.
I will always respect our National Anthem and the Flag of this Country. The only perfection is in God and Jesus Christ.
Be safe my fellow Americans I ask that we all reflect on what our Country is where it has come from and yet to go.
Freedom isn't free, it has a cost!
