Help... Sig P229 Dilemma

Looking for some advice. I have an older P229 Stainless (black with rail) in 40 S&W. Absolute shooters dream. Installed a Sig SRT Kit, a Gray Guns adjustable straight trigger, and Hogue G10 Piranha grips. But... I am in love with the P229 Legion. Any advantages over what I have already done to mine? I think I want to swap to 9mm.

I have a 229 legion in 9mm. Extremely smooth shooting gun and quite accurate. It is also my son’s favorite 9mm to shoot. I’m not overly familiar with the specific upgrades you noted, but I can vouch for the value of the p229 legion in 9mm.

Thank you for your input. That's what I wanted to know. The most impactful upgrade mentioned was the SRT or Short Reset Trigger. I actually prefer SA/DA over the single action only. So, the SRT kit takes up a ton of slack after the first trigger pull. Minimal trigger travel before the follow up shot.
