Magazine storage options

So a lot of my firearms are used for various types of competition (Steel Challenge, USPSA, etc). As a result, I generally end up with at least 5-6 mags per a firearm. Do any of you guys have good ways to store your mags? I am not asking about loaded/unloaded, I am talking organization. Mine are all thrown into a box right now and when I want to shoot a gun I have to go digging to find the mags. Looking for solutions that can handle different sized mags (rimfire, single stack, double stack, extended, AR, etc). Cant be based purely on magnets because I have some ETS mags that are all plastic.

Thanks all

Still trying to convert half my closet, will shoot for something like this. Curious what others are doing also.

Magnetic strip bars from harbor freight and mount them on a wall or ceiling, throw the ets mags out.

How many magazines are we talking total rifle/pistol?

You can get several different sized Pelican clone cases from Harbor Freight for not too much money.
The Apache 3800 case that they sell will hold 44 GI style aluminum magazines perfectly, for only $40 it's a pretty good deal.

30 cal M19 ammo cans will hold just over 30 Beretta M9 15 round magazines if stacked neatly.
