My wife got me a Stevens model 320 a few years ago for Xmas. I'd like to add a few mods to it but I'm not sure what to add.

I'd check and see if there is an extension tube and side sale available for it. the more shells you can have in and on the gun, the better.
also a light would be a good addition if it's going to be used for home defense. there are many aftermarket mounts that clamp onto the barrel that should work

What are you looking to do with it? If not extended tube then practice with reloading. Quad and double. light and sights could help as well as picking out a shell for low recoil. Is it short or long? Look at taking classes to run a shotgun. If you are like me living paycheck to paycheck then try to watch some videos on how other people do what you are looking to do. This will help with other ideas.

Light, change the stock to something you like, add a sling. Extra round attachment.
