My wet tumbler is worn out and I am using my old vibratory tumbler I am using ground corncob with walnut hull and add charcoal starter and it works very well the brass is clean and shiny in a couple of hours. I still like the results of wet tumbling better but it will.tide me.over. I add some white cutting compound occasionally.

Vibratory.
Walnut media.
2 dabs of NuFinish.
If you deprime first, it'll clean primer pockets clean enough.
Wet media is a solution to a problem that never existed. The only way they need wetting is if you picked them up in the mud.

If anyone is interested I'm also using nu finish in my vibrating tumblers but find it a bit thick so I've also found that u can thin it with lacquer thinner. Makes it easier to distribute it around the bowl and the lacquer thinner helps remove some of the fouling.
