I recently had the activation switch on a set of laser grips fail, the response by Veridian was incredible, by far the best customer service ever. They not only replaced the set that failed in a few days, but gave me a massive discount coupon, so I now own two sets of grips. I have had a similar item from Crimson trace fail in the same way and had a nightmare experience getting them to honor the warranty, it took months to resolve the issue with them.
