Added Vickers 2 point sling and BCM shorty pistol grip.

As far as rails go, I think I prefer Mlok over keymod. Seems have more flexibility.

I see I forgot to come back and post pics of the stealth, so here is one.

I added a Magpul ACS stock
Vortex Viper Gen II PST scope with a 20 MOA rail
I also added, but not in this picture, an ERGO TACTICAL DELUXE GRIP
Harris SLM 9-13 Bipod

I was getting some decent groups out of it @ 600 yards with FGMM 140gr 6.5 CM ammo

Nice! I like FGMM, but haven’t tried their 6.5CM load. I have good groups at 200 with 147gr Hornady ELD match.

I recall I’m supposed to hit the CMP range down there....

under the all guns like different ammo law
this gun loves FGMM 140s and seems to not like Hornady Match 140s.
I had a couple of 100 yard .5" groups with FGMM could not get a group below .75" with Hornady on multiple different range days.

AR10 is the other way around, but less noticeable, grouping are similar

I really want to hit the CMP again if their new unknown distance range steels are open (not sure if they ever opened it)
but with the C-19 BS going on, just staying put for now - maybe I just need to shoot pellets in my back yard for a while lol

I think I'd like to build a 6.5CM AR10. I have one in 308, but I think the 6.5 is a better cartridge.

I started out with a factory built Aero Precision 308 AR10 with a 16" barrel
It shot well, accurate no complaints other than it was a little harsh to shoot a lot in one day

I built a 6.5CM upper (from mostly Aero parts) and was swapping the lower between the two
Eventually I built up an Aero lower for the 6.5

This is where I ran into some issues and took about 100 rounds or so to get it operating correctly
I had to try a couple different buffer/spring combos and add an adjustable gas block to get it to feed reliably
but once I found a combo that worked, 500+ rounds down it without any more issues

I also replaced the buffer and spring combo (Sprinco and heavy buffer) on the 308 to lessen felt recoil, that worked well, I can shoot that one all day long now like its an AR15. Then I decided to put an 18" barrel on it with a longer gas tube than the 16 had, it is a nice shooter now.

If you like to tinker, building a 6.5CM AR10 from parts can be a challenge
If you don't like to tinker, buy a pre-built one ;)
6.5CM AR10s are not as easy to make run properly as the 308

The 6.5 AR10 will not shoot the cheap Sellier and Bellot 140gr ammo, everything else I have put in it works fine. (several models of federal, several models of hornady) I can live with it (was shooting the cheap crap at 100 yards as it didn't matter)

I have been making food for my rifle today, and the past few weeks as well. Probably won't stop anytime soon, as my wife has learned how to feed it, and she seems to enjoy it.

Sounds like sage advice....if it's for fun, I like to tinker. If it has to be as reliable as possible, I mostly get prebuilt.....I've been shortcutting prebuilt BCMs lately when there are sales on scratch & dent upper and lowers. I do want to build a ultralight for fun.

I have an adjustable block on the 224, but I haven't dialed it down since test fire. I need to tune that gun.

Today was a good day, put an ALG enhanced trigger on the AK

I like this better than the standard or tapco as there is a 3mm roll pin that is fitted to take the play out of the trigger when the safety is engaged.
