I am looking to buy a Browning, Tikka, Remington etc .308 bolt action hunting rifle. Looking for lightweight hunting rifles not heavy tactical rifles. Location down around Escambia county Alabama.

I have a pre-64 Winchester model 88 that has been re barreled in 6.5x284 for sale. It will also come with the original 308 barrel if you wanted to convert.
I’m throwing in dies, brass, and6.5 bullets, just won’t come with a scope, but I’ll leave the base on it.
Heck, I’ll even throw in an unfinished custom Bishop stock in the deal.
$900 or trade… I have $1500 + in it and these 88’s go for $1100-$1500.
