Cut and thread an AR barrel

Who in the Huntsville can cut, rethread, and perm attach a flash hider in the Huntsville or Montgomery area;s? Just wondering because I want to cut one of my barrels down to 13.9 inches because why not and I cannot find chrome lined barrels in that length.
