Help with Winchester Wildcat Please

I have a Winchester/Toz Russian made .22 rifle. I believe they were only imported for a few years in the mid 2000s. After taking the bolt out to clean it, I messed up installing it. Now I have the bottom part of the bolt assembly stuck in the receiver and don't know how to get it out. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I’m envisioning a cheap single shot with removable bolt, but I could be totally off.

Even though it has the same name as the new Winchester of the same name, it is a totally different gun. My gun is made by TOZ in russia and is badged as a Winchester. It's a bolt action, magazine fed gun. They are supposed to be very accurate.
