Hoover Tactical Firearms building acquired for $3.22 million

The 51,960 square-foot retail store is home to Hoover Tactical Firearms, a locally-owned sporting goods store with a pro-shop and an archery and firearms range.

I would guess that this won't make much difference to the customers but thought it was interesting.

The investment to acquire such property (purchase or lease) speaks well about the health of our area of interest. Having said that, this is in ‘bama, not PRofC or anywhere near NYC (thank you Lord).
