Need GUNSMITH to install w/o sight blade on Smith Model 19

I have a Model 19 (one owner - as new) that I really want to upgrade the rear sight blade to a white outline. I follow the youtube video by Larry Potterfield and feel comfortable with everything except staking the windage nut into place.
Any recommendations on a quality gunsmith in central Alabama ???

some are already 'grooved" for the paint.. if so, sewing needle and some white paint..
