I’ve always hunted with a 30-06 and loved it but last year I got a 450 Bushmaster and I really like it a lot. I got two Bucks with it this season and it done a great job.

I've always had a 30-06 but lately I've been carrying a 7mm08. Ain't no dought in my mind the 30-06 is be best but I'm starting to look for less recoil
I've been hunting with a 7mm-08 since I was 12 years old, it has put several nice bucks on my wall and does in the freezer besides

My son purchased a 450B two years ago but hasn't shot a deer with it yet. I'm eager to see what it will do at different ranges. The straight wall cartridge rounds are starting to pick up in popularity down here in the south and I've been tossing the idea around. 450B for now seems to be the most popular and easy to find ammo

7mm-08 is a good round, a boy that hunts with me hunts with one and he’s killed a bunch with his.

For me, it depends on what day it is. Some days, I carry a Rem Model 7 in .260. Some days, its a Rem Model 7 in 7mm-08. Some days it's a Rem 760 in 30-06, and some days it will be a TC Encore in .35 Whelen. I might even carry a S&W 629 .44mag if I'm in a short range place. Depends on where I am and how I feel. This year, I'll also add a scoped TC Encore pistol in 7mm-08 to my rotation. I really should "thin the herd" though and sell some of the more valuable excess ones though.
